"I purchased an FZ1 several years ago from Roadside. From the get go, the customer service was excellent from sales to service. I now have another bike that I did not get from them, but this is the dealer that services my Aprilia when needed and where I buy my parts and accessories. Dan in service is very knowledgeable and eager to answer questions. If there is something mechanical with your bike you need help with, he is the man.
Mary in accessories is extremely knowledgeable about the gear they carry and helped me with my new Arai purchase this season and some luggage last season. The customer service and attention to detail with both of these purchases was top notch. The pricing was better than any online site.
I will continue to shop at Roadside for my motorcycle needs and would recommend them to anyone.

"I've bought most of my clothing and gear through Roadside and from Mary Ryder. I recently replaced my old RF-900 helmet with a new Shoei RF-1100. I also bought the Pinlock visor for it as Mary suggested to eliminate fogging since she knew that I ride in all conditions and temperatures.
I was immediatly impressed with the ventilation and comfort of the helmet. I had never had a helmet that allowed so much air to enter the helmet for ventilation. While riding in March in Vermont and testing out the new helmet, I opened up the front vents only to test them out. I could only stand the cold on my forhead for about a mile and a half, then I had to close the vents because it was giving me a headache. It was like an ice cream headache, but from the outside.
Then the night that I picked up the Pinlock visor and films I had to test them out to see if they were really fog free as advertised. I was amazed to find that I could ride in traffic and on highway in 40 degree weather and not have any fogging at all. I even left the visor closed until it felt like a rainforest on my face while fueling up, still no fog.
I've always liked Shoei helmets and the new RF-1100 did not dissapoint me. I would highly recomend making the additional investment for the visor if you are the type of rider that likes to get out no matter what temp it is.

"Since our first phone contact last year, Mary & the customer service team have been going out of their ways to find exactly what we were looking. We purchased our heated jacket then.
When I was looking for heated gloves not in stock at the time, Mary was kind enough to offer to bring in her own to make sure the size fit before we ordered.

"Overall my experience at roadside was great,i was greeted promply and the sales man (chris) was very helpfull he answered all my questions and asked me alot of questions to find out excactlly what i was looking for,when i found the bike i wanted he was very helpfull in getting me financed he looked at different options and let us choose what was good for us.The only thing that i wasn't completlly happy with is when i got my bike home i found that i had a bad battery,but i called chris back and he was quick to fix the issue,so overall i would recommend this dealership to all my friends."

"I had an old pair of Cruiserworks boot that needed replacing. I have had problems finding boots and helmets which fit properly, so I prefer to try them on before purchasing them. Now that you are a Cruiserworks dealer, I had a chance to try before I bought. The selection and service made the three hour drive worth the trip. "I'm new to riding and Roadside has been highly recommended. My first experience was with Mary in Accessory Sales and she hooked it with a FLY set of Joe Rocket Orbit boots! Size 12 if you’re wondering (wink)!! Perfect boot if your NOT trying to pull off the Back to the Future with built in Flux Capacitor look. Mary has been amazing with her knowledge and ability to get you anything quickly and with very competitive pricing. Also had my bike serviced by Dan and his crew. My bike is amazing.
